Reems Creek Golf Course

This mountain course has beautiful views with its rolling terrain, manicured tees, fairways and greens. Reems Creek was given four stars by Golf Digest “Places to Play.” Additional amenities include swimming and tennis.

Directions: Take Highway 19-23 North, exit New Stock Road and proceed north on Business 19-23 to Reems Creek Road. Proceed 3.8 miles to Pink Fox Cove Road, the club entrance is .4 mile. This is only 16 minutes from downtown Asheville!

Asheville Municipal Golf Course

A unique Donald Ross design.  The front nine is a flat, wide open layout that allows you to use the driver on most holes.  The back nine is wooded, has elevation changes and requires the correct club choice to be successful. This is listed on the National Register of Historic Places!


Directions: Take I-240 East, take Exit 8, turn left on Fairview Road and travel .7 mile. Turn left on NC-81 and travel .2 mile, turn right on Fairway Drive and travel .4 mile, course is on the right.

Beverly Hills

Broadmoor Golf Links

Rated four stars by Golf Magazine Readers.  The region’s only links-style course.  Close to the airport and no housing or out of bounds on the course.  Very level terrain with bent grass greens and many flowing streams and ponds create this natural environment.

Directions: Travel east on I-26 to Exit 40 (the airport), turn right on Airport Road, turn left on French Broad Lane into the golf course.



Black Mountain Golf Club  

This short layout has three sets of tee boxes for a fun but challenging golf experience.  One of the few courses in the country with a par 6. Located 17 miles east of Asheville in the enchanting town of Black Mountain.

Directions: I-40 Exit 64, travel North on Highway 9 for one mile and turn left on 9 th Street.

This golf club is located only one mile from the center of town. So no matter where you are in Black Mountain, Swannanoa or Montreat, you can be at the golf course in minutes!

High Vista Country Club

This Tom Jackson design has recently gone through improvements to better accommodate you.  Unique and challenging mountain design that winds around Chestnut Mountain.

Directions: Travel east on I-26 to Exit 37, go west on Long Shoals for 1 ½ miles. Turn left onto Highway 191 and travel for approximately 2.7 miles. Turn right onto High Vista Drive, then turn right onto Country Club Road.

Grove Park Golf Course

Lush tree-lined fairways roll out before you, always in great shape and the most spectacular views in Western North Carolina.  Rated among the top 10 of courses 100 years or older by Golf Digest. This is Donald Ross at his best.

Directions: Travel I-240 and take Exit 5B, travel north on Charlotte Street and turn right on Macon Avenue. The club is 1.1 miles down on the left.

Directions: Travel on I-240, take Exit 5A Merrimon Avenue. Travel north on Merrimon Avenue for 2.4 miles, turn right on Wembley Road and keep left at the fork to continue on Wembley. Turn slight left onto Windsor Road

The Cliffs at Walnut Cove
