The things I love about Fort Lauderdale is that it is close to all the action and the beach. Lots of activities going on every weekend.I walking out my door and going down about half a block to have dinner at Outback Steakhouse, short Uber ride to LongHorn Steakhouse. You can tell I love steaks! Fridays, Panera, and Red Lobster are just out my door!

We have a Publix about 1.5 miles away. Very close and so is CVS.


When we bought the property I was drawn to it because I grew up in a very similar neighborhood up north. I love sitting in the front porch during the cool months and just sit and people watch, or be in the back porch grilling. The house is very conducive to living and outdoor lifestyle.


I have travelled the world and been in 4 different countries because of my business and this neighborhood by far has been the sweetest and safest place to live.


Fort Lauderdale is amazing because you have so much entertainment, so many amazing restaurants, Museums, and, of course, the most amazing beaches! You never get bored in Fort Lauderdale.


One more thing I can mention about the house is how well built it is. I lived thru 3 hurricanes and the only thing that happened was I lost a couple of shingles from the roof. Solid house!


I enjoy that I can get to the beach quickly if I want to. I love being outdoors. Any activity that includes being outdoors I love, especially playing sports. I live a very active lifestyle and when I do get a chance, I love to read a good book!


Our neighborhood is great because everyone is very friendly. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood. There is a association that has all kinds of events for the neighborhood. We just had the Spring Fling. Halloween is really fun too. We have about 40 families with their kids come by. Very family oriented neighborhood. That is why I picked Imperial Point to live in because it reminded me of the neighborhood I grew up in North.

What I love the most about Imperial Point, FTL, is how family oriented the neighborhood is and how you can walk right to Outback Steakhouse or the Broward Public Library!!

I love those white porcelain tiles throughout and all the windows. What a beautiful kitchen. I also love the map - half ocean!! Sounds like a friendly neighborhood.
